Applying press on nails

The secret to using press on nails is by choosing the right size, apply glue on artificial nails, and press on. These will help you to get the best performance and ideal fit from the nail decals. You will have to make sure that your natural nails don’t have any oil on them before applying the artificial nails. The best way to ensure this is to dip a cotton pad in acetone and then to give your nails a good rub.

Tip:

Apply cutitcle oil after the press on nails are applied so you avoid drying your skin.

Removing press on nails

If you decide to remove the press on nails, begin by soaking your nails in hot water. For adhesive tabs, soak the nails for about 5 minutes while soaking them for between 10 and 15 minutes if you used liquid glue. 

Once you see that the glue is a bit loose, you can use cuticle pusher to remove them from the cuticle side gently. But, if you feel that it’s tpo difficult to push the press on nails, soak them in warm water again for an extra few minutes. 

Remove glue residues on your natural nails with acetone. It is essential to apply cuticle oil to moisturize your hands and nails after the procedure.
